Step 1: go to admin > Modules > Module Manager
Step 2: Click on Upload a Module > select the module zip file and upload it > configure it.
Step 3: Add title > Add link > Set option to Open in a new window
Step 4: to edit the main title go to admin > International > Translations > Modify Translations > (select) > installed module translations > (select) > Static Footer Link Block > (select) > language > click modify.
